RAM Investing in Agricultural Education Initiatives

It's no secret that many of you drivers out there in the Superior area are big fans of the lineup of new RAM trucks available here at Superior Chrysler Center. But did you know that the American automaker is also doing its utmost to support the healthy development of agriculture students in the U.S.? Joining with the National FFA Organization (formerly known as Future Farmer of America), the brand is providing a host of scholarships for students across the nation that are preparing for a future in farming.

Scholarships in the amount of $1,000 and $2,500 are being provided to students to help  offset college costs, and RAM is also donating a whopping $1 million to the National FFA Organization as a part of its ongoing effort to support farming in the U.S.

In fact, the automaker is launching an entire advertising campaign based on appreciation of agriculture, called "The Year of the Farmer." The donation will help the FFA fight hunger in communities in the U.S. that are in need of assistance.

A press release about the new ad campaign says, "The brand commissioned 10 noted photographers to document American farm life for the video, and will compile the images into a book to be released later this year, with a portion of the proceeds being donated to agriculture and hunger-related efforts across the country."1
